Data deletion
On your device
Uninstalling an app removes the app and its local storage on that device. On Android you can also clear app storage in settings. On iOS, deleting the app removes its local data unless iCloud or another sync feature was enabled for that product.
Email requests
Email [email protected] with:
- The app name
- The Google account email used for Play if relevant
- What you want deleted (support correspondence, advertising identifiers association, etc.)
We will confirm what we can delete. Some records may be kept where the law requires (for example purchase records or dispute evidence).
Advertising identifiers
Android: reset your Advertising ID in device settings. iOS: reset your advertising identifier / limit ad tracking in Settings to disconnect future ads from the previous identifier.
Health apps
Delete cycle logs inside the app where a delete control exists, then uninstall. For consumer health rights see Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
